In wastewater treatment and slurry processing, such as in biogas plants, locally high concentrations of ammonium, magnesium, and phosphate can occur, so that the saturation concentration of struvite is exceeded. This leads to the formation of struvite deposits, which can severely impair the operation of wastewater and slurry treatment plants. The SPC Struvite Remover 257 Liquid removes these deposits quickly and reliably.

Application instructions:
Pour the SPC Struvite Remover 257 Liquid directly into the affected overflow. For clogged pipes, we recommend pumping the product through the system in a loop for a period of time.
Depending on the degree of contamination, prepare a 5–20% solution and circulate it in a loop.
In cases of very heavy struvite buildup, treat the affected areas with undiluted solution until the struvite deposits have dissolved.
