SPC Biogas Sinks Layer Remover BR helps the biology in a biogas plant to break down and metabolize celluloses. SPC Sinkschichtlöser BR also effectively promotes cell growth.
Through its enzymatic-catalytic effect, SPC Sinkschichtlöser BR specifically promotes the organisms in the digester that are responsible for faster and higher-quality conversion of the supplied carbon into methane.
By increasing biological activity in the digester, SPC Sinkschichtlöser BR achieves improved degradation, especially of difficult-to-decompose components such as lignins, cellulose, or hemicellulose. In biogas plants with a high proportion of GPS and grass silage, the feed often achieves only insufficient degradation of these components.

By adding SPC Sinkschichtlöser BR, sink and floating layers in the digester are dissolved.

SPC Biogas Sinks Layer Remover BR is generally added directly to the fermenters together with the feed. We calculate approx. 1.5 t per day for 500 kW electrical power. In the case of persistent sink layers, the dosage can also be moderately increased.

For automatic dosing, it is possible to keep a dilution with purified water ready.
