SPC KSW 502 can be introduced directly into the cooling system. The recommended dosage is between 1 and 5% of the total coolant, depending on the machining process and material. For optimal results, the dosage should be adjusted to the specific requirements of the machine and the material. Regular monitoring of the cooling system and the concentration of the cutting fluid is recommended to ensure consistent performance.

SPC KSW 502 is not subject to labeling requirements and does not constitute dangerous goods under the ADR. Nevertheless, we handle all our products with the greatest care and take all necessary measures to ensure they are safely labeled and handled. The thread cutting compound is classified as slightly hazardous to water (WGK 1); therefore, spills into the environment should be avoided. When handling it, the usual safety precautions must be observed.
