SPC Bio Odour Control eliminates disturbances in the natural, cell-dividing process as well as shifts in oxidative and anaerobic organic mass. Metabolic processes are optimized, creating optimal conditions of action for efficient microorganisms. Cell toxins and enzyme-inhibiting factors (such as ammonia or hydrogen sulfide) do not arise through the influence of the partial pressure of hydrogen.

The addition of SPC Bio Odour Control prevents denaturation. Odour perceptions such as ammonia, hydrogen sulfide, isovaleric acid, or butyric acid are eliminated through degradation or denaturation.
Olfactometrically relevant odour emissions from stack ponds are prevented with SPC Bio Odour Control, and a sustained reduction of the COD value through fine adjustment of the dosage is achieved, enabling discharge into the municipal wastewater treatment plant.
The aeration times of the system are reduced to a minimum.

Dosage
Curative -> one-time addition of SPC Bio Odour Control for the treatment and prevention of denaturation (process water and soil). Elimination of olfactometrically relevant odours.
Preventive -> continuous dosing of SPC Bio Odour Control during application as well as permanent prevention of denaturation of the process water.
