Determination of the pH Value in Aqueous Liquids
Determination
pH Value in Aqueous Liquidsother
0-14 pHGeneral information :
The pH value is a measure that indicates how acidic or basic a substance is.It ranges from 0 to 14, where 0 means very acidic, 7 neutral, and 14 very basic.
To determine the pH value, one measures how many acidic or basic particles (so-called hydrogen ions) are present in a solution. If there are more acidic particles, the pH value is low (acidic), and if there are more basic particles, the pH value is high (basic).
Further information :
The pH value is determined using an electrode. We perform a three-point calibration and specify a value between 0 and 14. Values below 7.0 are acidic, and everything above 7.0 is basic or alkaline.Notes :
We also check the labeling of the delivered goods according to CLP and ADR and compare it with our own databases for the classification of hazardous substances. Please note:
This offer is intended for commercial customers only.
